Introducing Fair Pay at The Open Kitchen
We’re doing lunchtime a little differently at The Open Kitchen.
From Friday 2 October, we’re introducing our new Fair Pay Scheme, giving you the chance to enjoy our lunchtime menu and then pay what you feel is fair for your meal and experience.
There’s no fixed price – simply enjoy your lunch and decide what you think is a fair amount to pay.
Fair Pay will be available for up to 30 customers each day and applies to our lunchtime menu only, giving our students the opportunity to welcome, cook for and serve real customers in a busy restaurant environment.
Places are limited, so booking in advance is essential.

Christmas Lunch
Join us for the festive season as our Christmas Lunches begin on Tuesday 1st December 2026.
